
High Density Graphite Electrodes
High Density Graphite electrodes are manufactured with the
high quality raw materials, including the petroleum cokes
produced in Fushun No.2 Petroleum Factory
and the coal tar pitch produced in Anshan,according to the
same productive technology as HP electrodes. The production
processes are including calcining, dosing,kneading, extruding,
baking, high impregnation, rebaking, graphitizing, machining
etc. And electrodes are matched with HP nipples, manufactured
with 80% needle pitch cokes imported from Japan, according
to the technology of triplicate impregnation and quadruple
baking.
